Arrival and Departure:

  • Arrival: Room is available for check-in at 15:00
  • Departure: Please check out of your room by 11:00 at the latest
  • Occupancy: The conditions listed assume double occupancy.

Cancellation Conditions

In order to avoid cancellation fees, we must receive written notification of cancellation six weeks prior to your arrival. For cancellations within six weeks of your arrival, the total price of the booked period will be charged. Should a deposit have already been paid, it will be deducted from the cancellation invoice. Err on the side of caution: cancellation fees will always be charged. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions. We therefore recommend that you arrange travel cancellation insurance: European travel insurance

Further Information:

  • Dogs: On request your four-legged friend is welcome at Hotel Das Seekarhaus. We ask for your understanding that your pet is not allowed into the dining room or wellness-facility. You will be charged with € 55,- per pet and day. We retain the right to charge you for a final room cleaning in the event that it is necessary.
  • Smoking/Non-Smoking: Our restaurant and our rooms are all non-smoking areas.

Early departure/late arrival

Should you be late in your arrival or early in your departure, you will be charged the entire lodging price.

Deposit

In order to confirm your reservation, we require a signed confirmation of the reservation as well as a deposit amounting to 34% of the total room price.
