One special summer highlight at the Seekarhaus in Obertauern are the mountain go-karts – an action-packed downhill experience that combines skill and the fun of driving. On specially designed three-wheeled carts, you’ll race down winding gravel paths as the surrounding peaks glide by. Whether you prefer to take it easy or go full speed ahead, you get to set the pace.
After receiving brief instructions, the adventure begins: the variety-packed course delivers thrills and excitement, whether you’re riding solo or challenging the rest of your family. Meanwhile, a shuttle or lift brings you back to the top in comfort, so that the fun can start all over again whenever you are in the mood.

Electric Trials & BMX Indoor Park
After an action-packed day of snowboarding or skiing, back at the hotel teens can look forward to more than just the big pool and a fitness center outfitted with Technogym equipment. They also have use of a spacious rec room filled with the latest tech, as well as an indoor electric trials and BMX park designed by Red Bull BMX pro Senad Grosic. Now, that’s the kind of fun you are supposed to be having when you are on vacation!
Action Park
Hop out onto the trampoline, then bounce, bounce, bounce! Here with us, you can count on young guests never getting bored. If they’ve had their fill of table soccer and the likes, they can simply make a beeline for the new Action Park with its six trampolines, or fight their way through the kid-size obstacles of their very own Ninja Warrior course.

Right next to the mountain station of the Kringsalmbahn lift, a unique highlight awaits families: the giant Alpine Playground. Here, children can burn off all of that excess physical energy, climb, and discover nature through play. With numerous exciting attractions like swings, slides, climbing structures, and interactive stations, fun and variety are guaranteed. While the little ones are completely engrossed, their parents can relax and take in the stunning panorama of the surrounding peaks.

At the *****Hotel Das Seekarhaus, a very special highlight awaits both our younger and older guests: an electronically adjustable bouldering wall with LED-lit holds – an innovative adventure for active families and young explorers.
Thanks to a user-friendly smartphone app, the wall’s incline and angle can be individually adjusted – perfect for beginners as well as aspiring young climbing pros. LED-lit holds indicate the safest route to the top, making climbing intuitive and easy to follow. Regularly updated route suggestions also provide variety and guarantee long-lasting fun for the whole family.
Our bouldering wall combines movement, play, and technology in a modern way. It can be used regardless of the weather and invites both children and adults to stay active together, improve their skills, and have fun.
